2 Ingredient Soufflé and it’s a WOW!!



We had some friends over for dinner last night and didn’t plan on having dessert. BUT .... it was raining (AGAIN) and at the last minute I thought we all needed some dessert to cheer us up.

This 2 ingredient - honest, just 2 ingredients -

Nutella Soufflé was super simple and just divine!! ❤️


NUTELLA SOUFFLÉ

Makes 2 ramekins - can easily be doubled,


1/2 cup Nutella

2 eggs


Put 1/2 cup Nutella in a bowl.

Separate eggs, adding yolks to bowl with Nutella. Stir the Nutella and yolks together.

Whip egg whites to soft peaks using a whisk, hand mixer or stand mixer.

Mix 1/3 of egg whites into Nutella mixture to loosen a bit. Then gently fold in the rest of the whites.

Split between the 2 buttered or greased ramekins. Bake at 375* for 15 minutes. Serve immediately. And be amazed!
